The landscape areas at Modan Lofts are thoughtfully divided into major and minor zones, each serving specific functions and enhancing the overall aesthetic. The central amenity area features pools, a kids' play area, and lounging spaces, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and recreation. Additionally, the perimeter landscape and upper drop-off zones ensure a grand and welcoming entrance. The design emphasizes accessibility and functionality through well-defined zones for various activities. Primary and secondary access points are strategically placed to facilitate pedestrian and vehicular movement, while service access ensures efficient maintenance operations. The thoughtful layout ensures seamless connectivity between different areas, promoting a cohesive and vibrant living environment.
