The design blends fine and broad-leafed plants with neutral tones of pebbles and boulders, creating a harmonious and natural ambiance. The combination of softscape and hardscape elements aims to evoke the feeling of being in a tropical paradise, enhancing the overall appeal and functionality of the township. Key features include multi-purpose lawns, communal walkways, tree courts with string lights, and sculptural seating.
